LASZLO'S RESUME
ACHIEVEMENTS
In the last 30 years I have designed, guided and lead team members in the development of products
in the United States, Europe, Asia. My strengths lie in International Product Design. I have worked
as a consultant and in-house chief designer for companies in the leisure and sport shoe, snow board,
ski shoe, consumer electronics, and medical & diagnostic industries.
As a design manager I have set up and organized design departments, implemented corporate design
strategies, drawn up plans and programs, managed creative people, as well as personally designed
many successful products. I have coordinated product development, staff, team work with the engineering
and marketing departments, set up and managed manufacturing in The Orient and in Eastern Europe, worked
with consultants world wide.
For me it has been as important to coordinate design activities within an organization and be a team
player as it is crucial to have vision, be innovative, recognize trends and customer needs turning
ideas into the highest possible quality, profitable products in a business like manner.
